Carmena Residence

We were welcomed by Anna, a lovely lady, she showed us the apartment, including the free snacks and mini bar, which was such a lovely touch… The property was really high spec., the decor was so relaxing, there was amply hot water and the air conditioning was really good. We found it really relaxing it was immaculate and was really safe and secure. The outside space was also a great place to chill after a day on the beach. The location was brilliant, central to all bars/restaurants and supermarkets, not far from the beach.

There was nothing we disliked about the property.

Excellent location. Close to cafes, bars shops etc. Lovely apartment- spacious, very well equipped, outdoor seating, very comfortable. Owners are incredibly helpful and are easily contacted. Everything you could want in holiday accommodation.

Everything was perfect😍 The apartment is decorated with great taste, everything new, clean, comfortable. A big plus for the patio as well, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner outside. Very close to the beach, located on the pedestrian road, with everything close - shops, supermarket next door ( very useful when you travel with small kids like us), restaurants, playground, but very quiet at the same time . Very nice and helpful hosts, really enjoyed the chat with them😊 In a nutshell, the place is a real gem!

The beautiful apartment is designed to the highest level with top quality furnishings. The location is excellent, in the middle of the village, but you do not hear any noise. The family who own it are helpful and available always.

Beautifully decorated and in a great location. Very comfortable with lots of quality attention to detail. Treated us to a lovely gift of wine and chocolate with a card as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. It’s private but in a great location for shops and bars and a short stroll to the beach.

A beautiful property, spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. We had everything we needed. The location just off the Main Street was ideal. Outside seating area lovely and quiet despite being near the busy bars.

Where to even start. The apartment is beautiful and perfect for a couple, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and has all amenities needed. The location is brilliant, right on the main street in Skala (but very quiet) with all restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beach within a two minute walk. The hosts are very kind and easily contactable if you need anything during your stay. Overall we loved staying here and considering all of the benefits it is extremely good value for money. I wouldn’t change a thing, sitting on the patio with a beer after relaxing at the beach was the perfect end to each day, peaceful and lovely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location was excellent, right in the centre of the Main Street with a shop next door and restaurants and bars on the doorstep. It is surprisingly quiet though once inside. Also the apartment is very close to the beach.

The door to the shower room was very stiff but that is most probably sorted by now. It’s a good place to stay.
