scarsa pulizia del frigo e del bagno, scarsa areazione del bagno, mancanza di canovaccio da cucina per asciugare stoviglie e cucina, il divano aveva delle macchie, mancanza di stendino per appendere i costumi

La posizione centrale e vicina a tutto e la cortesia nel cambio lenzuola e sistemazione alloggio il giorno dell'arrivo ad una mia segnalazione

L'ho scritto in privato al proprietario.

La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, esattamente nel centro di Monterosso al mare. Suggestivo e bellissimo il centro del paese.

L’unica nota negativa della struttura è la pulizia.. Il locale è piccolo, ma confortevole per come è stato arredato, però il bagno ed il climatizzatore richiederebbero una pulizia più approfondita.

Det var smutsigt och dåligt städat. Det låg kvar hårstrån här och var, på golvet i badrummet, i köket. Det luktade ofräscht. Aircondition funkade inte. När jag påtalade detta svarade han slutligen att det kan vara så att batterierna är slut och tyckte att jag skulle åtgärda det genom att gå till affären och köpa batterier själv!! Jag gjorde det men funkade ändå inte. Han sa att det finns ju en fläkt i alla fall. Kaffemaskinen funkade inte heller. Innergården som du går genom var full med gamla sopor och skräp. Inte så semesterdrömmigt. Om man skulle använda kokplattan fick man lyfta ner micron på golvet. De rymdes inte på bänken samtidigt. Ägaren var dålig på att svara och kommunikationen var dålig. Vi skulle ha bott där två nätter men drog då fort vi kunde. Jag skulle absolut inte rekommendera det här boendet till någon. Det var riktigt sunkigt. Vi hamnade med dubbla boendekostnader för det gick inte att bo där helt enkelt.

Was not as described. Unit was not clean, no washing machine, not on the ground floor (45 steps to unit). Poor communication, no instructions, no useable closet space. Booking.com was not helpful.

Everything, we left the property in less than 15 hours.

Location. Met expectations. Suitable for our needs. Secure. Clean.

No washing machine as stated. We were aware it was a small unit but it was difficult moving things around to change functions of the space.

Monterosso is a beautiful place, the whole area is spectacular.

When we got into the property there was no electricity. In the owner's notes he stated to contact Roberta that lived close by. Roberta was not home, come to find out she has a job now and does not take care of the property. I called the "emergency" number the owner had given and even emailed him several times to let him know there was no electricity. No answers. After almost 2 hours of waiting Roberta came home and was nice enough to show us the breaker box so that we could turn on the electricity. The owner sent an email at 9:30 p.m. blaming the outage on a brownout. That's completely understandable but, he should have had a note in the property stating where to find the breaker box should the electricity be out. All the other properties around us had electricity. We have since received several emails still blaming the outage on a brownout but never did he apologize or give the location of the breaker box, he got rather ugly about the whole situation. Thank goodness for Roberta, she was extremely helpful. There are notes inside on where to turn on the hot water heater and a couple of other items. All he needed was another note or even return a phone call.

Beautiful little studio apartment in the old part of Monterosso. There were endless restaurants, bars and cafes nearby, as well as a small market for the essentials if you wanted to cook. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station (which is also where you get tickets for the Cinque Terre walk).

The fold down bed was a bit of a novelty and there was limited space for luggage.
