Excellent location. Beautifully decorated apartment. Lots of light and space. Although the kitchen is small, do not be deceived, as it has everything you could need. Especially appreciated the oven and washing machine. Very close walk to the beautiful sandy beach at Spittal and a short car's drive to Cocklawburn beach with spectacular views of the Northumberland coast. Spittal has local corner shop and pubs. Additional local amenities open at the weekend along the beach, as well as local microbrewery/brewery tap (Bear Claw) and specialist food shop and cafe. About a 20 minute pleasant walk in to Berwick on Tweed via Tweedmouth which also has good local food shop, cafes and fish and chip shop which we would recommend trying. Would also recommend the Turkish restaurant MAVI and Curfew Micropub in Berwick on Tweed, which is a lovely town. Do try the walk around the walls with its big views. Easy to park right outside the property, and easy access with key code. Host very considerate. We loved everything

That we were not able to stay longer.

"Lovely well looked after apartment."

Near to sea. Parking nearby. Lovely pictures on wall.

Bathroom small. Toilet a bit cramped, had to sit sideways. . Single beds lumpy, even with mattress topper on. . Ideally could do with new mattress.

A clean, exceptionally comfortable apartment, the photos don't really do it justice, it's fab! Great location for accessing everything that the Northumberland coast has to offer and across to the Scottish borders. Easy walking distance into Berwick upon Tweed or just enjoy the beach at Spittal which is a 5 min walk away. Responsive host if you encounter any problems and a welcome box on arrival was a lovely touch too.

"A great central place to stay for visiting surrounding areas and lots of good eating places"

it was a well presented,well equipped and very clean flat.Great for parking and very quiet.The welcome box was a nice thought.

I would have preferred a natural duvet.A shelf and a coat hook in the shower room.More light and a more easier available power plug at the dressing table.Just little suggestions but they didn't detract from my stay.

"It was convenient but in terms for value for money it was no-where near as good as places we stayed."

Self-contained in a quiet area and near a bus stop.

The kitchen was very cramped and the there wea no view from anywhere in the house.

We've stayed in the area before and wanted to go back so the location was ideal for us to stay and made everything we wanted to do accessible

The small room was cramped with two single beds in it but it wasn't a big issue
