"A quiet and restful location with access to Berwick"

Comfortable, clean and well appointed property.

Unfortunately there was a problem with the fire alarm going off but the owner responded promptly and left a bottle of wine as an apology. Visitors should note that there is one general store but no evening meals available in Spittall.

"Great flat in quiet area"

Location was great, enjoyed 20-30 mins walk to Berwick. Quiet street. Spittal has a lovely promenade and beach. House very tastefully decorated and has everything you need. Lovely welcome pack on arrival very much appreciated. Bread, milk, butter, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, crisps! Well-equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Fantastic shower!!

No shelves or shower caddy in bathroom. The sockets in the bedroom were behind the bed or behind the dressing table.

The property was presented very well. The package left, teabags, milk bread ect. was lovely , nice to find as a welcome pack. And lovely to be near our friends and a stones throw from.the beach. Would definitely book again.

The property smelt a little musty, lack of avaliable sockets in main bedroom. The only ones were hidden behind furniture. But got round it.

"Beach Way was lovely and clean and had everything we needed for our short stay."

The welcome box was a lovely surprise, we needn’t have brought most of our own food! The location was good for us as we needed a base and after visiting several places (and walking for miles!) it was like a home from home.

Well presented and very clean. Everything was was in working order and in good condition.

There was nothing that I would have changed to be honest. It was a great location for a family of four.

Nice touch by the owners to leave a welcome pack.Good size flat.

Stains on quilt and pillows a bit off putting when you take the covers off.
