Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé, situé au centre de la vieille ville de Puerto del Carmen. Résidence ancienne mais bien entretenue, avec de beaux parterres fleuris et une piscine propre. Merci à Caroline pour son accueil.

Ajouter la climatisation dans la chambre serait un atout lors des fortes chaleurs. La résidence présente une certaine résonance sonore, ce qui peut entraîner des nuisances lorsque certains clients manquent de discrétion.

Oliver was extremely helpful and obliging. The apartment is well equipped and is quiet. The TV has all the stations needed. The view from the pool area is lovely.

The apartment balcony has only a tiny view of the sea as it is in a courtyard area. Nevertheless, it gets plenty of sun during the day.

Oiver contacted us in advance of travelling and met us at the main gate on arrival. Good info provided on the location and how to get about. Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Good location not far from the old town. Used local buses to go to Playa Blanca which was easy. AlsoTeguise market which was also a great day out but getting home was a bit of a nightmare. We did the Cesar Manrique tour which was a great day out. Lots of lovely places to walk nearby and an abundance of restaurants and bars.

There was a fan in the apartment but it was quite hot at night. Wouldn't stop us coming back though.
