Apartment duplex -The Sunny Hut - swimming pool - Free Wifi & AC- Residence Las Marinas

Had pretty much everything you needed. Loves how there was no sun bed wars to use the pool

No air con upstairs was the only let down. Everything else amazing!

El apartamento estaba muy bien, muy cooki, con todo lo necesario, ubicación muy buena, en un sitio tranquilo pero cerca del paseo y de la zona más ambientada, se puede aparcar bien en las inmediaciones y el residencial muy tranquilo con una piscina estupenda. Oliver fue muy amable y nos envió muchas recomendaciones! La cama y las almohadas también muy cómodas. Además de algunos detalles a tener en cuenta como que nos dejara toallas de playa, crema solar y una sombrilla.

Cómo ya comente al dueño, la única pega es que en el cuarto no había aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador que hacía mucho ruido, pero pudimos dormir bien gracias a que por la noche entraba fresquito por la ventana. Y bastantes hormiguitas aunque no creo que fuera por falta de limpieza eran un poco molestas.

Me gustó que tenía todo lo necesario, además de que el anfitrión era muy agradable.

Hay un par de gatos que están rondando por la zona residencial siempre. No puedes comer en la terraza de abajo porque acuden a que les des comida.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. Oliver was very helpful and it was a pleasure to meet him prior to the stay to welcome me to the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and the pool facilities were great ! We had a lovely week and the apartment was just about perfect for what we wanted.

From my understanding I knew the apartment had air con before I visited , however this is only downstairs, there is a large fan upstairs in the bedroom which would be okay however it was exceptionally loud and very hard to sleep with . I just don’t understand how the fan could be tested and given the okay to have in a bedroom as manager of the property or used by other customers. (Not so much about the property but it’s quite a long walk and up a steep hill from the restaurant area at Matagorda so that is something to note for future guests. So to answer the question would I stay again , I would absolutely however I would like to be closer to the beach in this location of the island.)

Lovely spacious property, quiet site, large pool area, the property has everything you need, very clean, the property manager was very helpful

Everything! Lovely apartment with everything you would need. Lovely, safe atmosphere in the complex.We enjoyed daily swims in the pool and plenty of sun loungers always available. Also, close to bus stop and taxi rank. Oliver met us and was very helpful, explaining everything in the apartment.
