beautiful modern apartment, we had everything we needed! nice balcony, kitchen with microwave and oven, aircondition in the livingroom/downstairs. upstairs we opened the bathroom window and the balcony window a bit, then it was very fine. downstairs we would not recommend to open the window completely, once we suddenly had a cat inside the apartment! :-) the doublebed upstairs is very comfortable with even two different kinds of pillows! couch is fine for one child. we always had enough parking lots nearby. we could hear the airport, but it was windy all the time which makes a constant sound. pool was huge and temperature perfectly refreshing. oliver was amazig and very, very helpful! he answered so quickly when we had questions or needed something! we even got a best-of-lanzarote-list which was absolutely fantastic!

It was nice to stay in the quieter part of Puerto Del Carmen. The apartment is more like a small house as you have no-one above or below you. Property had all equipment you require. Host was very helpful and great communication.

At the top of a hill which didn't impact us as we had a car. Neighbour's were very friendly to us but unfortunately they didn't seem to like each other and argued constantly. Obviously not the properties fault.

Lovely apartment in a small private community, Great location close to all amenities and beach. Very quiet which is exactly what we were after. Oliver the host was very welcoming and very quick to respond to any issues we had. If your looking for relaxation then this is the place. The whole place is clean and very well maintained.

Nothing really, everything was great, except the swimming pool is Freezing.

Outstanding and timely communication prior to arrival. Olivier was there to greet us and give us a very informative handover brief and made us very welcome. The property was very well equipped and very comfortable and roomy. It boasts a roomy terrace and a small balcony for more privacy. Essentials were more than adequate there for our arrival and a very welcome new washing machine, iron and board and hairdryer. Kitchen well equipped with hob and oven, good sized fridge freezer, all very clean. Lovely. Plenty of towels for beach and bathroom use. Bed linen changed during our stay and apartment cleaned whilst we were out. Lovely pool with water feature, very relaxing and peaceful at the times we used it. There is a Lidl supermarket a short taxi ride away. It’s not a bad walk if you’re up for it. Plenty of local shops and local Spar’s. We liked the location which has plenty of restaurants and cafes and bars nearby.. The strip in Puerto del Carmen is a pleasant beachfront walk away. The nearest beach is a short walk at Playa de los Pocillos. Bus stops a short walk away, taxi rank just underneath apartments (03 bus service to Lidl and strip and Biosfera - (shopping mall if that’s your thing) also to Costa Teguise, get off at Playa Bastian for beach walk etc there) 151 bus to Puerto Calero, well worth a visit and get water taxi back to the Port. Late lunch in Banana bar at Port is a must there. Benji the owner is a scream!

One little issue with patio door in bedroom dealt with in a flash by Olivier. Very impressed with acknowledgement and action. The kitchen could do with some new saucepans as they were scratched and had chipped coating. I can’t bear using metal tools on coated pans so always like to find a wooden spoon in the cutlery draw. There was one but it was more like a paddle/ salad server. I did try to buy one but no luck.These prolong the life of pans. Would’ve loved to find a wok in the kitchen. There is a short but steep approach to the property, but not unusual and often to be expected in the Canaries - no problem to us as we are fit, and taxis charge so little to get you to the door.

it was comfortable clean and everything in it we needed to make our holiday an enjoyable stay.
