OasisBeach Penthousse la Zénia

This is an excellent property. Very comfortable, very clean . Great location. Roof top terrace was out of this world. A great welcome was had from Anita.

The penthouse was very clean and modern had everything you needed for your stay, the location couldn't be better 5 minute walk to the shopping center and 20 minutes to the beach, there is also a supermarket 2 minutes away. The rooftop solarium is fantastic has all the furniture you need.

Apartment was very central to supermarket, restaurants and bars.

Nothing to dislike

We were met on arrival and everything was explained to us and the keys handed over. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was great to eat outside and the roof solarium was great to relax in the sun.

There were a couple of minor maintenance issues but as soon as I reported them, they were dealt with straight away.

Beautiful apartment, very clean, very close to the Boulevard

Unfortunately the pool was closed for some maintenance, nothing the owner can do about that in fairness

Location was good, Christian & Val were very friendly & helpful on arrival. Got me an iron & hairdryer as I hadn’t brought either. Large shopping centre 5 mins away walk with lovely atmosphere with eating and drinking places on top floor.

On arrival was told to make sure keep all doors & windows locked at all times as there had been quite a few break ins in the area. Bit off putting tbh. Apartment was always cold, rooftop was lovely but very breezy , so had to wear a jacket up there, even when sun was out. No safe in Apt. New sheet needed as they had no elastic on fitted sheets which meant they constantly came off at night. Pillows soo hard Had to wash glasses before use & shower.

More outside lighting on the terrace and maybe a heater for the colder evening.

Everything was superb from the minute we checked in. The apartment was clean had all amenities we needed the beds were comfy the outside space was great especially the terrace. We were near bars and the shopping centre it was a little way to walk to the beach but once there it was worth it.

I cannot say there was anything I didn't like about the apartment and where it was situated.
