OasisBeach Penthousse la Zénia

Loved this apartment, excellent location for shopping , beach and supermarket.Was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the roof top area of the apartment and was great to have two bathrooms. The heating worked well as it got cold at night in January. Ann who meet us with the keys was very efficient and was very helpful.

The location is very good near La Zenia Boulevard shopping center (walking distance). Apartment is modern and there is heating in all rooms, which is a good thing when staying in winter.

The frying pans could be renewed, couldn't used them now.

Was close to amenities, clean .

We couldn’t find a BBQ on our terrace or roof terrace. It was advertised with a BBQ .

Were met on time by keyholder who explained everything. Outdoor space is very large and well equipped with a variety of furniture. Beds where comfy and showers nice and powerful. Kitchen has everything you need. A great selection of TV channels. Would highly recommend this apartment.

There was only 1 set of keys provided, which would be a struggle even for one couple. We were 2 couples, so decided to purchase another set of keys - hopefully there are now 2 sets of keys.

Apartment absolutely fabulous. Very well decorated and maintained. Everything you would need from cutlery, pots,pans etc. Access to TV/Netflix. Apartment had a private roof terrace with loungers and a hammock. Pool area and grounds spotlessly clean. Apartment less than 10 minutes walk from La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. I would recommend 100%.

I've been traveling to Villa Martin for 18 years as my dad lived there but unfortunately due to ill health he had to return to the UK 18 months ago, I wanted to visit again with a friend as I have fond memories. I used to use my dad's car to get around as Villa Martin was a little too far for me to walk to the beach so I decided to give the Oasis Beach apartments a try. The apartment was central so I didn't need to hire a car. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the beach and just over the road was the Boulevard shopping centre with 150 shops and a variety of restaurants. The taxi rank is just over the road too so it is ideal. The apartment is superb and very clean. The mattress is the best mattress I've ever slept on. Rachid the host is very helpful if you message him he gets back to you the same day. Ann the key holder is lovely, very welcoming and she is on hand if you have any questions about anything. We had the shuttle service from the airport which was hassle free. The driver Max carried our luggage up the stairs to the penthouse which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to go back next year.
