Los Angeles 3 Bed Apartment with Pool

Communication with James and Kata was excellent—10/10. The location was good, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to get to.

The view was a bit limited and the pool was under maintenance, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. However, James was very nice and communication was great, which made up for it.

The location of the apartment is great. We especially appreciated the spacious living room and the balcony. The area of ​​the city where the apartment is located is very nice. Restaurants and shops are very close by.

We booked the apartment because both its name and description contain information about the available pool. However - unfortunately, it was not available due to technical reasons. Also, several things in the apartment are worn out and require the owner's touch to restore them. The good thing - our tap broke because it was worn out. I contacted the owner and it was repaired immediately. We are very grateful for that.

Lovely apartment in the centre of town so everything walkable. Clean, tidy, loads of little extras to help things go smoothly(washing up liquid, toilet rolls, herbs and spices, coffee and tea etc), couple of fans for night time cooling were welcome but, with windows open, the street cleaner lorry woke us up every morning. Helped get the most out of each day though!

Sadly, through no fault of the owner, the pool was under maintenance so we didn't get to enjoy that, but being on the roof terrace for sunset and early morning coffee and stretches was nice enough. We were careful to be quiet after 2200 as requested but the rest of the area definitely wasn't on Friday night.....a lot of noise until 0100. We used to live in mainland Spain so was no issue for us, but shame to be quiet ourselves out of respect only for locals during by week to not be quiet when we wanted peace ourselves. Nothing under the properties control though so not a complaint at all.

Lovely location - had a good welcome from the team. The living room and kitchen were well set up with oil, spices etc and plenty of space to sit. Coffee machine was great.

The bathrooms smelt really bad and the main bedroom had a bed where you could feel the springs. The wardrobe in the twin bedroom wasn’t very useable.
