Very good location. All was in good order and clean.

I would have appreciated a contact with the owner..a welcome or a goodbye. Being a second floor apartment there was no seaview as described. In any case it was a short walk to the sea and boardwalk.

Layout. Location. Terace.

Turist tax was asked 1 day before the travel to transfer. Why not include in price to make it comfortable? Online registration asking for too many data for everybody... overadministrated.

L’appartamento è molto pulito ed accessoriato (anche lavastoviglie con capsule fornite), acqua di cortesia presente. La terrazza è spettacolare anche se purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruirne a causa del meteo. Ci siamo trovate molto bene, ci è stato anche permesso di entrare in anticipo al check in. Check in facile e comunicazione con l’host efficiente.

Purtroppo non ci è stato invece permesso di lasciare le valigie in un luogo sicuro dopo il check out (ore 10) causando un po’ di disagi. Mentre la carta igienica è in dotazione, sarebbe gradito trovare anche un set sale olio, anche monouso. Un appunto alle tende della camera in plastica, veramente orribili. Capisco che possa andare a discapito dell’host, ma informare che il palazzo è circondato da cantieri aperti che iniziano a lavorare e martellare alle 8 del mattino fino alle 17, metterebbe l’ospite in condizione di decidere, anche a seconda della vacanza che vuole fare, se scegliere questo alloggio.

Apartment was clean. Beds and towels were prepared. Hand soap was provided.. Kitchen was new and had the essentials to cook something. Waste bins were provided. Located in a more quiet area. Beaches and Shopping were not to far away

Master Bathroom needs renovation. It was not dirty or anything but you could see that it is old and wont survive for much longer. When the chairs were moved around in the flat above it could become very noisy,
