Very comfortable for my family

The owner never provide any check in instruction even at 4pm on my check in date. Have been calling the number for many many times but no pick up. I have to call CS to assist. The property is not well maintained and feel a bit run down. The corridor is dark. The unit with some bad smell. towel provided is looked old and not clean. Do not recommend this property!

Location is just halfway up to Genting Highlands (near Petron petrol station), very easy to find, 10 mins away from GPO. Check in & check out procedures are easy, the host will text you the dos & donts prior check in. The whole apartment is exactly the same as shown in the picture; apartment with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen & a huge corridor. Looks clean as a whole.

1. The room with toilet smells horrible. The comforter, pillow case, shower room, even the extra futons from inside the cupboard smells hancing (as my mother tried to change them cs she couldnt sleep that night due to the strong hancing smell!) Seems like the host did not clean the room properly from the previous customer. It was a headache! 2. Aircond only available in 1 room. No aircond in another room (room with toilet) & living room. Only ceiling fan. 3. The shower room looks clean but the floor is quite slimy. Needs proper cleaning & scrubbing. 4. TV remote not functioning. Couldnt turn off, change channel or even slow down the volume. Need to switch off the TV from main power. 5. No wifi available. But our mobile data is strong; Digi & Umobile user. 6. No water purifier. But theres kettle, stove & microwave.
