The hotel is spacious, good location.

the owner is not managing and is not well prepared to take guest in, upon checkin there was alot of information not given, the cuckoo was not set up...the owner will give instructions to get it to work but late reply will need to call, the hotel management sucks there was private parking on floors that should not have private parking and on places you wont expect without the proper signage and we were fined rm100 and told the owner and he was being very rude about it, we also didnt get an access card to the parking and AGAIN had to contact the owner to call the hotel management EVERYTIME you go out,spend 30mins everytime you want to go out of the hotel...for 1night stay i had to communicate SO much with the owner. what a waste of my time.

The accommodation is near to a lot of shops (some halal ones available), foodcourts, Petron, Family Mart, Watsons, Speedmart, 7 Eleven, Laundry. Convenient to drive up to GPO and Genting Highlands. Parking is provided (random visitor parking). The unit has basic utilities: fridge, washer and dryer (no detergent, bring your own), dish soap and sponge, microwave, cuckoo water filter (was not working at first but i contacted owner to get instruction on how to fix error), toilet tissue, towels, iron and board, tv, kettle, bath gel

These are for host to improve so that in future more guests would come, no hard feelings please (I have shared these points personally on Whatsapp too :)). I read through reviews before booking - found some good ones, but because a few reviews stated some points I dislike so I was worried. Sadly, it is proven right. 1) I arrived 15 minutes earlier. I went to the lobby counter in hope to check-in - only to be told 'Not here, this is not the place'. I was puzzled, almost waze and drive away. But it is REALLY the correct address so I asked again. They finally said to me 'maybe this is a private owner, please contact the owner directly'. Ok, I whatsapp the owner. Probably owner was busy (it was a long peak weekend), I had to call and then owner said he will send me instructions. I waited and called again. When he sent me the instructions, I tried to follow only to be left puzzled again haha could not find the mailbox room to get access card. Had to spend some time to find a guard to lead me into the 'locked mailbox room'. Took time to find parking (random visitor parking). Then took some more time to figure out how to open a lock to get the house key. 2) Upon entering the unit, it smells a little funny. Not so bad, but smells wet and 'abandoned' sadly. There were stains on sheets too, I tried to think positive, stain because it is white bedsheets. The 2nd room smells sour-ish and felt like bedsheet was not changed. Toilet had some moldy stains too but ok. 3) There was one plug outlet beside my bed which I tried to use to charge my phone. After turning on i heard spark sound and saw electric sparks. I removed my phone quickly and close the switch. Thank god, else who knows if something might explode or burn :( This place lift sucks so BAD. This is not the host's fault. I had to wait 10 minutes or even more maybe. Some lifts just passes by. And if it stops, it is full. So my family ended up taking stairs few times..

Location is very beutiful and easy to acsess.Bit difficult for those who are coming first time because the key procedure might be confuse for new comers.

mainly the toilets are really smelly,no wifi, furthermore ,i booked from Booking .com and already paid my money but the owner whatsapp and ask for extra Rm 30 for cleaning and he said that Booking gave me lower price and he cant afford for that price. The owner also ask me to cancel if I refuse to pay RM30. There is also hidden deposit of RM200 which u need to pay and then only they wll send u the procedure. Really dissapoint.

The location is convenient, near shop lots where you can easily have access to necessities. The facilities are as stated and they have Cuckoo water filter too. Host was quite fast in replying when there were any method that needed help.

Overall the unit is quite clean if you do not consider those "hidden" areas (behind the chairs, etc). No wifi is provided.
