"Location, Location, Location!"

We absolutely loved the proximity of the property to the promenade at Guardamar. You could hear the waves from your bed. It is also near to shops, bars, restaurants, the municipal pool and the Reina Sofia park. The apartment itself is modern, extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Nice balcony with view, was clean, good communication, good shower, big for 2 people.

For a stay in autumn/winter/spring: great! Would not be my first choice in high season/summer.
