Fantastic location and balcony.

We stayed for 6 nights and would have appreciated a few basic household items like paper towels in the kitchen (none) more toilet paper (2 very small rolls that were gone in 2.5 days) and a little laundry soap for the washing machine. As a short-term guest who's flying to Spain, one doesn't want to have to buy 4 rolls of paper towels or TP, or laundry detergent for 20 washes.

The apartment was perfect for our short stay. It was a great location with brilliant views. Lovely and quiet for being so central. Apartment had everything we needed. Only a few steps from the beach and restaurants.

Would have like there to be A/C in the bedrooms not just the living area.

"Beautiful view, clean apt."

Incredible location, great view, Lana the host was friendly and waiting for us when we arrived. Guardamar is a sweet little beach town with a fun, laid back vibe, and the apartment is right in the heart of it all.

Apartment is a little sparse - no extras like soap or shampoo or coffee/tea. But lots of cafes nearby so it wasn't a problem. Also be careful on the walkway outside the apartment - the smooth bricks can be very slippery!

Everything. the views. the bottle of bubbly, the chocolate….the lovely rooms and decor. The facilities. The roof terrace. The Tv and internet. ( only in Spanish but that suited me). The host was lovely and very accommodating and responds very quickly to any quieres. The apartment was spotless, light and bright. The beds and sofa very comfortable. There is also a large shred roof terrace with sun loungers if you wish to leave the all day sunshine on the balcony and don’t fancy the beautiful beach which is literally just outside. I was spoilt so much by this apartment I booked an extra week in the one underneath as the one I was ready staying in was booked. The apartment underneath is incomparable and my first choice was definitely the best choice.

I didn’t own it! it’s not mine…….Also I had to leave and move downstairs to an apartment that although is the same configuration is not so nice.
