Good location

Bed was uncomfortable, broken ironing board, it collapsed whilst using. Broken cupboard door

Very comfortable stay in room 3 Kiev. Spent 1 week here. Bed firm but with pillow top mattress which was comfortable. Pillows IKEA memory foam but but firm. I bought my own pillows as was ok. In very good location with nice views from balcony with good quality chairs and table. Good quality kettle and toaster . We didn't need cooking facilities so can't comment. Shower excellent pressure. Didn't use washing machine as hand washed smalls etc but it looked decent. Was washing up liquid and washing tablets and few loo rolls. Again we bought more (which we left for next guest) didn't use TV as I had a tablet, but believe its mostly Spanish but you could change the languages to english with some films. Was very hot but I found the ceiling fan to be excellent and there was also another stand alone fan . Lights worked on a dimmer switch . Lots of bedding and duvets so could choose what your preference was. Fridge looked new. All in all no complaints as it was clean, all fixtures and fittings seemed new. There is always someone downstairs in office too if you need help. Would recommend. Some comments are very critical but our room (Kiev) was lovely.

Not much to dislike. Missed a dressing table so used the dining table which worked fine. Did have a problem with texting them after we landed about our arrival as my texts wouldn't go through! So got to apartment and no one there and couldn't get WiFi on phone so panicked a bit, but young lad let me use his phone to text and a nice young man turned up within 10 mins so all ok. He explained everything and it was not complicated. I think they need softer pillows as the IKEA memory foam ones are very firm.

Good location, great view from balcony, very secure

The bed was very firm, pillows and duvet could be better, and spare pillows would of been nice, would not be any good for people with mobility issues as no lift, and about 15/20 steps to climb

There was an issue with the bed that took a number of visits to rectify.

It was close to the beach.

The floor was a bit dirty when we arrived, the bathroom could use some detergent for the washing machine for people like us, that use the accommodation for 6-7 days. We wanted to contact the owner (via SMS and phone call) in regards to the check-out but didn't get a response for 8 hours, when it was too late for us.

no air con

Location was great, shop underneath really handy - perfect ocean views and the sunset views were incredible. The apt was immaculately clean, and although basic had everything I needed.

The lack of air con - it is exceptionally hot and difficult to sleep (this isn’t helped by the really hard pillow). But honestly the apt was good value for money, and you get what you pay for.
