It is cosy studio, perfectly situated close to promenade, beaches, restaurants, shops, bus stops. Having balcony with Ocean view where you can chill during day and also observing breathtaking sunsets. Over the supermarket so it is very convenient. It was very quiet though I thought in close promenade area wouldn't be so obvious. It was good staying and I would recommend this studio. Very good contact with owner .

Would be nice to improve some furniture's and toilet, add capsule coffee express. Bed linen from polyester makes you sweat incredibly in that weather conditions.

5min walk from the beach , great view on La Gomera , fast internet connection

The location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and bars.

Having to email the agent for help was a pain. They weren't particularly quick to respond so when the safe wouldn't open it would have been extremely inconvenient if our passports were locked in on our departure day. As there's no reception, waiting in the street for a random guy to arrive with keys isn't ideal.

That the personal was blaming me for not being aware of my arrival (even deposit was paid) because I didn't receive the message from them asking for this detail. There is just one very uncomfortable pillow. Very late check-in.

Quick check-in, a helpful young man explained everything. Beautiful view to the street and the ocean. The apartment is well furnished and has everything you need. Modern TV and security system. Maybe add a small sofa to the room, there is a lot of space?

It's more of a suggestion: the apartment has a large balcony, we would have liked some sunbeds on the balcony. There are a table and small chairs.

Yellow stain on the toilet seat and weird smell in the bathroom. Washing machine is provided but you have to buy your own laundry powder. You also need to put down €200 deposit upon arrival and they will only process the refund 7 working days after you've checked out which I think it's a long time. .
