Apartamento Playa Nueva

The location

The apartment wasn't ready when we arrived and it took several hours to get the room ready. The room I reserved was already booked! Good thing she had another apartment otherwise we'd have nowhere to sleep. The access code for the house keys were also not right so I had to bug the housekeeper for the information. The apartment itself is great to catch the ferry EXCEPT you can't get any sleep due to the thin was, barking dog and full conversations you can hear in the middle of the night. The wifi only works in the living room. Do not recommend unless youre desperate. Better to have slept the 3 hours in the car.

Las ubicacion y las vistas desde la terraza

Todo en el limite: - tercer piso SIN ASCENSOR (lo pone la ficha) - TV diminuta - cocina muy basica: el menaje deplorable (y sucio), solo fogones y horno de butano, microondas y nevera. Las sartenes y cacerolas inutilizables (compramos las nuestras), etc. - apenas sale agua en la ducha - ventanas casi imposibles de abrir o cerrar - muy RUIDOSO de perros enfrente durante la noche y el patio interior por el que subía cualquier ruido - pero LO PEOR con diferencia es que NO TIENE aire acondicionado NI VENTILADORES (los pedimos pero no los quiso poner), por lo que hay que abri las ventanas para que circule corriente de aire (si hay esa noche) y por tanto no puedes dormir por los ruidos.

For the price, everything was good. Clean beds and bathroom. Simple shower. The host was friendly!

There were some loud dogs from the neighbours, but it was manageable.
