El apartamento está en un piso tercero y sin ascensor, las instalaciones de la cocina y baño.

Central location, well equipped apartment, great view from the balcony. Easy to walk to everything in Santa Cruz and the beach. Really handy for the airport. If you arrive late in the evening like we did, you can let yourself in.

Parking is very difficult, best to unload and then move car to larger car parks. We would have liked an electric kettle.

Great location - very close to the center, but no traffic noises. Spacious apartment, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, good wifi. From the balcony you can even see the sea. Only contacted the host in messages, and she was very responsive.

Everything was ok.

The loction in the middle of town near to the Maritima. The view of the rising sun from the sea over the old town center was great!

We were not notified of free available parking space 5 minutes away, and had difficulty finding parking place near by. For us as elderly people the 59 stair steps to our appartment were a bit tiresome.

The apartment was in a very good location in Santa Cruz very close to the main town. Bars and restaurants were a 1 minute walk away. The apartment was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Checking into the apartment wasn't very easy, firstly you need to find the apartment using the map which isnt very easy since every building looks the same and no one greets you and takes you to the apartment. Once you arrive you need to climb up the stairs to the third floor and you will find a key under the matt, upon finding it you will struggle to open the door, its very difficult to open. When you find the key you're not even sure you're in the correct place- we thought we might be breaking into a random persons house, it would have been helpful if the key had a keychain saying 'Apartment Playa Nuevo' The apartment is on a very slim road with no parking available, however there is a large public parking open a 5 minute walk away. There is no air conditioning in the room.
