The cleanliness, holiness & location was superb!

Great communication from start to finish. Fantastic location. Great parking. Garden is well kept and had garden furniture for guests to use. Previous review had mentioned the steep hill up to the property from the centre of Bowness but no problem for us. You don’t come to The Lakes if you don’t like hills! There is an alternative route though. Apartment had everything you needed. Good storage for clothes, in both bedrooms. Added bonus of welcome tray of coffee/tea etc. Very clean apartment. Nick had asked the cleaner to clean the apartment first because we had mentioned we might arrive earlier than check in time. The cleaner let us in and was so welcoming and friendly. It was also very peaceful and quiet. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. Would love to come back in the future.

Could do with the shelf in one of the bathrooms removing which was positioned above the basin. Difficult to wash face etc. The beds looked like doubles, not king. Although this didn’t affect our sleep, we are used to king beds. This would not affect us staying at the property again. I might add that the beds were super comfy.

I liked the location. The layout was perfect. We travelled as 2 couples so each had some privacy which was great.

Nothing really. A small bathroom bin was full of sanitary rubbish but this was just an oversight. The climb up the hill was a killer!! But great location for what we were doing .

Very handy to wherever you want to travel to especially around the lakes.

Owner was friendly and nice, the kitchen had every appliance you need to cook, the location was great, and the rooms were very comfortable to sleep in.

The location is excellent , just a short stroll into the center of bowness on Windermere but nice and quiet when back at the apartments. The gardens are lovely and relaxing after a day out walking . We liked how easy it was to enter the apartments with the code sent on the day of our arrival. We also liked the 11:00 check out time as this gave us plenty of time to get packed up without rushing. Would highly recommend.
