Close to Bowness and a good sized comfortable apartment with a lovely garden. Friendly host who met us on arrival. Had a lovely stay and had great weather to match.

Fantastic stay. Up a steep but short slope & there is an alternative which is a nice stroll too. Minutes from centre of town & lake. Apartment was a home from home & grounds beautiful & quiet.

"Bowness Gem"

Location was very good, up steep hill for daily exercise, close to wooded walking hills with fabulous views and close to lakeside. The kitchen was well equipped, likewise the two ensuite bedrooms. Layout of kitchen/dining/living area was compact and conducive to relaxation. Everything about the apartment indicated attention to detail and the enjoyment of guests. This was further confirmed by the demeanour of Nick the host. We were definitely made to feel special and hope to stay here again.

The apartment was a little hard to find but this was because we did not read the instructions fully
