The Bolthole @ Bowness - Cosy 1 Bed Apartment

The location was great and having a parking space made a difference handy for shops bars and restaurants all in all definitely go back to the bolthole 😊

Their was nothing not to like everything was perfect

Lovely little apartment, 2 min walk to the centre of everything with a dedicated parking outside flat. Bed and Sofa so comfortable. Lovely little touches with Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Milk on arrival, welcoming after a long drive.

Timer heating, it was so cold on an evening, sat for a couple of hours in coats until heating come on. Not 100% sure on time but think the heating came on around 6pm for around an hour. After long walks this time of year in the cold, wind and rain its not ideal not being able to put the heating on when needed. Obviously I know prices are high but a little leeway would be good.

Noise from the neighbours above was very intrusive and very much spoiled our stay. At points it felt as though the ceiling was going to come in . All extremely disappointing and frustrating spoiling our whole break which was supposed to be relaxing and unfortunately would preclude us from booking again. Everything else was absolutely amazing so very disappointing because of that.
