Great location, quiet yet 5 mins to Bowness centre with walks from the door and parking

Spacious accommodation in a good location. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Good communication with host. Detailed instructions on getting into the property and facilities.

Clean, spacious, and good value for money. Great location but the massive uphill walk to the property was a struggle.

Looked like there was a sofa bed in the photos but this was different in person.

Allen was very helpful before the stay providing all of the info we needed, the flat was very clean and felt very homely with a very useful info pack on the table on arrival. The location is perfect only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Bowness (al though up a steep hill which isn't an issue for us but something to bear in mind). Although on an angle the views were still beautiful from the flat, laying in bed in the main room you could see over Windemere. Parking was excellent, 8 total spaces but never more than 2 other cars parked at a time during our stay.

The property was in a really central and quiet location (with great views), but equally close enough to walk to main area of Bowness. The apartment was well equipped and was absolutely spotless. Everything described by the owner was absolutely spot on and very clear instructions sent before our arrival e.g. how to get to property, accessing property, internet etc. was so accurate. There is a steep hill to the property as other reviewers have mentioned but the owner gave additional instructions on a 'less hilly' walking route which was much better so wasn't an issue for us (although Bowness is overall quite hilly anyway). Would recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

self catering aparrtment in a truly beautiful and quiet part of bowness with lake views. spotless, ahd all you needed for a comfortable stay.
