The caravan was in a lovely location with decking overlooking the water. It was so clean and tidy. Another nice touch was the tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which we loved. It was nice that we met Neil, the owner, before we left.

Maybe just the shower cubicle could have an upgrade, but everything else was brilliant.

Fantastic location the lake view was amazing. The biscuits were a nice touch but as a diabetic not able to try them. Lots of dvds to watch and the games there are excellent for a rainy evening.

The foam piece for a mattress in the master bedroom was useless, as soon as anyone laid on it they sank in and could then feel every lat on the bed frame the second night there we had no options but to sleep sat up in the room.

Location was excellent next to a pond and not far from shops and beaches, comfy, spacious, clean

Probably the best caravan we have stayed in . Neil was great from start to finish . We got left some nice little treats for when we arrived. It's a very clean caravan right by the beautiful lake.

The Caravan is beautiful and comfortable although needs a deep clean in some areas. Caravan is in a beautiful spot right by the lake.

Was a disappointing when we couldn't cook what we had bought due to oven not working.

Absolutely fantastic stay, so clean and everything you need for your stay, and a fantastic location

views were exceptional, little extras left were a very nice touch, very clean fresh bedding and towels

The location is beautiful at the side of a little fishing lake , peaceful and quiet on a new part of the park . The caravan is spotless and spacious with added exrtras of bedding towels, tea , coffee and milk . FREE WIFI ! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed to cook a decent meal . Neil was very helpful when we need help switching the hot water on . Everything was perfect from start to finish and we will definitely be returning asap x
