Attente de plus de 2 heurs devant le bâtiment , sans réponse ! Plus tard dans la soirée la personne m’envoi un message comme si de rien n’était pour me dire que le logement est prêt sans mot d’excuse ! Heureusement le service client nous à remboursé la nuit

Die Lage.

Auf dem ersten Blick sah alles gut aus. Aber dann... Auf dem Bettlaken waren Haare. Wir haben es gesagt, aber es hat nicht interessiert. War nur am Telefon und hat es sich nicht einmal angeschaut. Dann haben wir mehrmals Kakerlaken in der Küchenzeile gesehen. Besteckkasten war auch nicht sauber. Muffiger Geruch im Zimmer. Es war eine Katastrophe für mich.
