Es un apartamento muy acogedor muy lindo y muy limpio y está todo Serca está muy bien situado para una pareja está excelente dies de dies volveré sin duda

Habitáculo interior. Malos olores provenientes de los bajantes de tuberías del baño (WC) y del patio interior que, aunque se mantuviera la puerta del baño cerrada, se filtraban en el interior de la habitación. El ambiente dentro de la habitación resultaba asfixiante (a pesar de contar con un ventilador) si se cerraba la ventana del patio interior situada al lado de la cama. Y si se mantenía la ventana abierta se escuchaban todos los ruidos de todos los vecinos cuyos apartamentos dan al patio interior. Imposible dormir ni descansar. El cuarto de baño necesita una buena reforma para eliminar los malos olores; ni siquiera ducharse resultaría agradable. El mal olor está impregnado dentro del estudio... Al final, el mismo día de la entrada por la noche sobre las 12 recogí mis cosas y me marché a otro sitio para poder dormir algo esa noche. Prácticamente no hice uso alguno del 'apartamento'. Este tipo de situaciones se tendrían que evitar por BOOKING y exigir mediante los documentos precisos que quienes ALQUILEN sus propiedades a otras personas, sean locales o extranjeras, las tengan en perfectas condiciones de HIGIENE, SALUBRIDAD y HABITABILIDAD. Al baño al menos le haría falta una buena REFORMA integral. El importe de la FIANZA abonada (SESENTA EUROS: 60 €) finalmente se me devolvío ayer por la tarde tras pedírselo varias veces al anfitrión. Cuando hablé el mismo día de la entrada por teléfono con el anfitrión y le hice saber lo dicho anteriormente me colgó el teléfono, y luego intenté llamar unas siete u ocho veces más y no respondía las llamadas. Quiero poner una RECLAMACIÓN a BOOKING por esta RESERVA por permitir este tipo de situaciones y no veo o encuentro la manera.

The location is great. The apartment was clean.

The towels were smelly. The bedding needs updating. Didn’t relies when booking how dark the appointment is.

Nothing other than the fact that the location was great for beach access.

We didn't like that the host was late to greet us. She also did not speak any English. The studio apartment is much smaller in reality than the pictures show. There was a distinct smell of mustiness in the air that was covered up with a room freshner. The room was too humid as there were mold marks on the walls and ceiling. The smell and the humidity forced us to keep the window open, but the noise from neighbouring apartments was impossible to bare. There were dogs barking, people talking, baby crying, and street noise all night. We left after one night and paid for our second night in another hotel. We can only recommend that you stay far away from this place.

There was a hunter fan and it was the best thing of the apartment, otherwise it would have been incredibly hot in the apartment. The location was also great, near the beach and the shops. The apartment is perfect for one person and it has everything you need for staying a couple of days. Nice neighborhood. Everything went alright with the check in and check out.

There were some noises you could hear from the neighbors, but it wasn't a big problem for me personally. The hairdryer was working, but i couldn't dry my hair properly, because of the lack of quality of the product.
