Gute Aufteilung der Wihnung mit 2 Toiletten. Großer Balkon. Zimmer gemütlich gestaltet.

In der Küche fehlte das ein oder andere Praktische, wie z.B. Korkenzieher, Dosenöffner, Untersetzer f Topf, Salatschleuder. Die Spülmaschine pumpte nicht richtig ab, mein Mann hat sie erstmal grundgereinigt.

El manteniment. La nevera no funcionava, la cisterna del WC perdia aigua i faltaven estris bàsics a la cuina.

El olor a humedad y que la reja del bloque algún día estaba cerrada con llave y se tenía que abrir con la llave por la parte interior, ya que por la parte exterior no abría, era poco intuitivo

La ubicación.

Le falta aire acondicionado, porque con los dos ventiladores que hay se queda un poco corto comparado con el calor que hace de normal.
