Good location

No air conditioning, elevator didn’t take more than one person, was lacking basics such as salt and cooking oil. Staff were not responsive at all. I sent them emails that were not answered and the few that were answered took hours to be answered.

The location was excellent

When we arrived we put the key code in but someone had locked the door with key so it wouldnt release we had to shout out to someone in the apparrment whi came and let us in this happened a few times whilst we were staying!!!!
