Dream Ravine

Un poco triste, ni agua, ni fruta ni zumos. Después de dar muchas vueltas para poder encontrar aparcamiento, subes 3 pisos sin ascensor, y no encuentras ni agua, fruta. Tuvimos que volver a bajar los 3 pisos. No entiendo cuando hay algún problema y contactas con el gestor vía wasap, se limita a enviarte tb por wasap que ya te enviaron las instrucciones, que las vuelvas a leer. A la hora de recibir el pago, fueron más diligentes. No recomiendo ese hospedaje. Porque no hay nada mejor que ser claros y transparentes en cómo es el acceso al piso y si en la zona se encuentra fácil aparcamiento.

Qué debería ser un poco más empático.

The doors have smart locks. And the property was very convenient, safe and clean.

Hi, I was travelling for work, and we arrive at 14:30p.m. I was meant to arrive around 17:00-18:00. Due to this early arrival I was charged 20Euro extra before allowing me to enter the property. The reasoning they gave was they needed to do cleaning. But straight after we paid they unlocked the doors and the property had been cleaned before and no extra cleaning was provided during our 2 night stay. Anyways it felt like I was being penalised for arriving at 14:30p.m. I feel like that wasn't necessary.

Un problème serieux tout de même, c’est l’accès au logement, heureusement qu’il y avait une personne qui apparemment connaît l’établissement et il nous a bien aidé.. sinon l’appartement par lui même bien agencé avec le matériel nécessaire, pour moi le bémol c’est au 3ème étage que malheureusement je n’avait pas vu lors de la réservation, mais dans l’ensemble c’était bien .

Appartement war genau wie beschrieben. Hat alles funktioniert. Problemloser Check-in und Kommunikation mit dem Host.
