Edificio residencial sin ascensor. Se oye todo a través de las paredes. En la vivienda contigua era vacacional tb y no respetaban los horarios de descanso, gritando y con fiesta.

There is not even a thing we liked: NOT recommended!

We had a terrible experience and we absolutely don’t understand how this place has reached such a rating on Booking.com. The opposite of a "dream," and the price is completely unjustified. Let’s start with our arrival: - **Unpleasant area**: aesthetically unappealing, very run-down, a poor suburb of the city. - **Impossible to find parking**: There are no private paid parking spots, and the public ones are constantly full. People park in absurd ways and places due to the overcrowding of cars. On top of that, the streets are narrow and steep… be careful with the traffic directions. Dream Ravine does not warn about this issue at all!!! And this has an impact on your stay as it is stressful and time consuming. - **Old building and flat**: The entrance door and doorbell have no reference to any rental apartments. If you arrive with a dead phone, you won’t be able to check in, as they send a virtual key via email link. - **Three rounds of narrow stairs** to climb, and even on the apartment door, there’s no reference to Dream Ravine. The house is old and has a bad smell. - **The bed creaks like a horror movie**, and the bathroom has no extractor fan (nor a window). The shower fills up with stagnant water because the drain is clogged. Only an unbranded shower gel is provided. - Due to our disappointment, we asked the host to offer us another accommodation or to cancel our booking. They **rudely refused** with an extremely impolite message.

Apartment was excellent, plenty of space, enough beds, bathroom was big. Smart TV. Kitchen with everything you need, including fridge and washing machine. Good WIFI.

Shower was small. Parking was difficult to find, very busy street and neighbourhood. The area felt unsafe, although nothing happened. NO ELEVATOR and our apartment was on the 3rd floor ... No AC, only ceiling fan in the living room. No facilitirs in the direct area.

The venue has enought space, with kitchen, laundry, hot shower. A compact venue for fast traveling. Usually you can find parking on the front road, or on the big bridge nearby. About 600m you have the supermarket.
