Beautiful and well preserved antique details and at the same time fully comfortable apartment

Gorgeous building, great location, amazing host who took the time to thoroughly walk us through the place explaining how everything works. Comfortable bed, AC in the bedroom and living room. Charming accommodation.

The use of fragrance was overwhelming. There was a plug in air freshener in the lobby and all the towels were laundered in scented products. As people who are very sensitive to fragrance, we had a very difficult time with this. Also, the kitchen was very tiny which was challenging for meal prep. Not intended for full meal service. The pillows could also use a refresh as they were pretty flat.

The apartment was excellent and the sun terrace on the roof was amazing. I have been fortunate enough to have stayed at many great places, but this probably tops them all. The block is circa 250 years old, yet has all the amenities of a new hotel.

Very central location in the old town, but good double glazing in bedroom means totally quiet (not that the town was ever noisy while we were there!) Lovely sunny roof terrace (sun-umbrella there if needed), with a view to the sea. Very high spec kitchen and bathroom. Exceptionally clean and well-presented apartment in an historic building, with beautiful old wooden staircases and windows renovated to very high standard, and with all modern conveniences. Local shops including a good Spar meant getting supplies was easy, and plenty of bars and restaurants within a minute or two's walk. Found free street-parking just a few minutes' walk away. We were able to watch one of the Santa Semana parades from the terrace, as it passed by on the cobbled street below!

We had a few problems with Wi-Fi after the recent thunderstorms, but that was out of the control of the property, and concierge Pedro did his best to get us sorted out; not a problem as 4G reception was pretty good anyway.

We liked everything about the property , it was amazing with a fabulous roof terrace with sunbeds , table & chairs . Located in the centre of the town surrounded by shops, cafes & restaurants and a short walk to the beach . The property was spotless , excellent condition and well equipped with everything you need for your stay .

Really nice and spacious apartment in an excellent location, two minutes from the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The roof terrace was beautiful, with sun loungers and a dining table. Lots of very thoughtful touches provided, such as beach towels. Pedro welcomed us in person, which was appreciated.

Inexplicably, there is no door on the bathroom, which is not great for privacy, especially if someone is using the small lounge area (which leads to the bathroom) as a bedroom. There is only a tiny table in the compact kitchen, though you can eat on the roof terrace as long as it's not raining.
