Spacious apartment, however, the ceiling in the bed room is rather low, so we felt a bit "vertically condensed". On the other hand our apartment had the roof top terrace which was wonderful and relaxing and with a beautiful view. The apartment was well equipped and clean. The beach is within walking distance, so we could easily have a quick morning swim and return without need of having a lot of stuff to carry with us. It is also well located in the city center with restaurants and shops. Very nice apartment owner.

Parking is difficult.

Perfect location. Beautiful and spacious apartments. Great host.

Soundprooding was poor between apartments although earplugs were used. Extra bed or sofa bed would have been perfect.

Pedro met us at the property. Perfect introduction to the location and surrounding restaurants. The apartments (we rented two) are beautiful; being in a historic building which is tastefully renovated and decorated, some of the rooms had to adapt to the structure and not vice versa. As other visitors have observed, the showers/bathrooms are integrated in the apartment (no doors) and the bedroom in the top-floor apartment with a wonderful roof-top terrace has a rather low ceiling, as often seen in historic houses. For us, this added to the charm of the room. The location of the suites is perfect, in the middle of the historic center, but still quiet and with windows that keep off noise if needed. Restaurants, grocery stores and the market are around the corner. The apartments are very clean and nicely decorated, the kitchen well equipped.

I can’t really say anything bad, only we thought we would have a roof terrace, make sure when you book you choose the apartment with the terrace!

A beautiful historic building in the old town of Santa Cruz. The apartment was well maintained to a very high standard. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The roof terrace was perfect! The host Pedro was very nice and provided great recombination around the town. We will be back!

I didn’t stay another week there.

This apartment is a dream come true! I can't even start to describe it, but anyway: Historic, 18th century house in the middel of Santa Cruz, an architectonic dream. Perfectly renovated - Pedro (which is an incredible host btw, who waited for me because I arrived later than I thought) has thought of really everything! Comfortable, extremely well maintained, clean! TV with Netflix, but you better go to the spectacular roof terasse (which even has a shower for hotter days). Highly recommended!
