Large apartment on golf course

We had a very enjoyable stay. The host (Finke) has been very helpful, the apartment is large, and it is very well located in Golf del Sur. The village itself is not as well connected to the rest of the island as the primary spots in the Adeje area (the buses are infrequent and unreliable), but the apartment itself has been excellent. Thank you!

Great location, very good size of apartment for family of 5. Very close beach about 5min walk. Great owner with super communication. Highly recommended.

Nothing really

Cleaning could have been a better , insects in apartment ie silver fish and worm type insects, bed had all the plastic coating of the headboard and base, towels and bedding need renewing, bathroom very poor smell was coming up the drains, toilet not very good took quite a time to refill.

The host is friendly and accommodating. They try to resolve any issues as soon as possible. I am happy with their approach. Great internet connection. Spacious apartment.

The place is a bit noisy, which is probably normal for a central plaza full of restaurants. Typically, they all close around 11 PM. The property is on the sunnyside, so even in December, it was quite hot. The property has no air conditioner (as of December 2023), so I assume it must be too hot in the summer. The bathroom is quite small, and the toilet filled up extremely slowly, but the host assured us it would be repaired shortly. All these were minor imperfections that didn't affect our positive experience.

The apartment was really big, especially the living room and the kitchen - a lot of space! Everything we needed was provided. The surrounding was great: church, supermarket, restaurants, not far from the beach.

Apartment lies in the close neighborhood of some restaurants which is a good thing but it comes at the prize with some noise. However, they close up at reasonable time, so most of the time there's no issue with that.

We really enjoyed everything.

Large, neat, spacious. Lots of towels and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen. Finke was amazing. He met us outside the property long after midnight due to our flights late arrival and showed us everything we needed gregariously. Also gave us tips, advice and so on before we arrived and whilst we were there. We'll book again if we are in Tenerife again.

The shower curtain rail was faulty so the shower curtain didn’t hold up. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed before we left but we managed.

Spacious, small sun trap court yard and location was spot on
