Large apartment on golf course

This large apartment is centrally located for all facilities. Restaurants, car parking (in the street) and supermarket are very close in that they are only a few metres away. Great selection of local eateries from local produce to Indian, Chinese and pizza, etc. Two local breakfast venues (Nutters and La Taberna) both only about 30 metres away, vie for the best English breakfast award. A full English breakfast for around 7 Euros. The kitchen is very well stocked with most items, even a few 'everyday' items (salt, pepper, oil, etc) available. The washing machine works very well and there is a good supply of necessary liquids, etc for use, together with an drying frame which sits in the corner of the lounge.

The rooms are very large, except for the bathroom/toilet - which is just adequate for two people. I am over 6 feet tall and found the double bed needed getting used to with my feet dangling over the foot of the bed. Overall the plumbing was fine but it suffers from ingress of sewer gas due to no trap on the shower base. This is easily remedied by placing folded dampened toilet paper gently over the waste - and removal before the next use of the shower! This regime worked well and no further nasty niffs. All local bars/restaurants had closed by between 10.30 to 11pm so the noise reduced to a very accdeptable level in time for bed.

The apartment is huge with lots of spare bed linens/towels etc. The kitchen is also large with new pans. Host is very friendly and gave lots of tips.

The only thing is location - to go anywhere you need to pass by the Chafiras rotonde, which has an eternal traffic jam, unless if you leave before 10am and come back after 8pm. Or maybe that's just during the Xmas high season.

The apartment is big and very well Maintened and clean. You have all the comfort. Good Location near supermarket, bar and restaurants. Finke is a great host. He really goes above and beyond. I had a delay on arrival and he has been so kind to pick up me up and he brought me refreshments after a tirelesse journey With Finke you can't go wrong. Highly recommended

Finke, the host, was super nice and gave great advice. Big, spacious apartment, could easily fit even 5 people. Good amenities and very good location.
