Property on excellent place, on the slope

The equipment was poor, photo is netter than reality. Bed was ok.

Very nice location close to Stelvio and Gavia, but the apartment had a very bad bed, it was not clean, the floor was not clean.

Perfect location in quiet area. Near to crosscountry skiing centre. Nice wiew from balcony.

Neglected bathroom. Spiders webs in corners. Loose pavement on floor making noise when walking. Balcony doors bent. Draft from outside.

We liked the personel. The administration lady was super nice and she was available all the time. She gave us many extra things we needed, like extra keys or toilet paper. She bought us even a table cover to cover the kitchen table. She helped us with Bormio Terms and reservation. She was very nice and very helpful.

We didn’t like the fact that the lift next to the hotel was not working for 2 years and we didn’t know about it. It was not mentioned in the residence description. We had to take bus to go to the lift. It was a bummer!
