Incompetent and non english speaking "hosts" from an hiring agency. Answered english text messages in spanish - if they answered at all. Only one shared bed cover. When one is turning in ones sleep, one takes away the cover from the the other sleeping person in the bed. This keeps you awake all night. Asked for an extra cover, got a thick fluffy blancket outside main door. No one knocked, we just happened to se it on the way out for dinner. The washbassin in the bathroom had a corner broken off. We reported this but again no responce.

The location is excellent- not far from the centre. The apartment is very contemporary with nice decor and furniture. It’s very clean, well kept and compact. The bed is very comfortable. The smart TV is a nice addition. Overall, very good indeed.

A toaster would be useful to complete the rest of the equipment in the kitchen. We could hear the neighbours above constantly dragging furniture around.

The apartment was comfortable and you find there everything that you need for your stay, very well equipped. The self-checkin and checkout was easy, communication with the host as well. The location is just in the middle of the hill, around 10 min walk to the town or to the cliffs.

The terrace was beautiful but a little bit noisy due to the busy road just under.

Beautiful apartment. Well l equipped for self catering. Perfect location .. we are definitely coming back soon.

The communication initially was great, but trying to get a response from other queries was disappointing but more surprising. Especially when we want to return on a regular basis.

Outside our bedroom & lounge window is a neighbours front door, which is decorated with various ornaments & a bamboo “wind chime”. Whilst they look pretty, they are noisy in windy weather & extremely annoying. Kept me awake until 4am! The other apartments wouldn’t have this issue, only number 3 A tea towel to dry dishes would have been useful too.

Great studio apartment. Has everything you need. The owners have really tried to consider the needs and comforts of their guests. Quiet location. 7-10 min walk into main streets of San Sebastián. Walking up to the apartment there are very steep stairs and banks but it helps you burn off the holiday calories! V good communication with owners. Wi-Fi was excellent as was sitcom.
