Nice and clean apartment in a great location close to all amenities

No window in main room

Location. And the apartment was comfortable

Noise from neighbourhood due to window not shutting however we did manage to close it and it much improved the noise. We also found that there was a leak in the bathroom and we got up to a wet floor o. Day of leaving

Good location in old town plenty of things to see and do

Windows difficult to close and didn’t stop noise from street/traffic.

Great location, interesting design choices, good size for our stay, and friendly/helpful cleaning staff. Manager (owner?) was very helpful and responded quickly to everything. In general a great place to stay.

Sound proofing could be better, some things are "fashionably" old, which is nice, but others were just plain old (blinds/windows, fridge, drying rack... and random small things) but they do actually work, so not a major problem. Still a great place to stay.

Location is amazing. Very peaceful and good access to the old town and Triana. Accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

No views or fresh air opportunities from our ground floor position.

Nevertheless, I would like to tell you that the apartment #2 has an unhealthy air (humid, poor ventilation, my lungs immediately started to hurt), we leave the door open when we are there for fresh air. Furthermore, the drain from the sink in the bathroom is leaking.

I liked the location, the communication with the owners, the space is ideal if you want to have a cozy and a nice apartment where you just want to sleep or relax after a day of traveling. The shower has a body shampoo, which is nice because you don’t need to buy it.

I didn’t like that the apartment doesn’t have a window that is looking outside or a terrace. It has a small space that is like an internal terrace, but it’s not enough for the air to circulate. The smell of sewerage and the noise from the neighbours is something I think you can’t change or control it because the building and the neighbourhood are old.

Apartamentos Vegueta is located in the heart of the historic old town in Las Palmas. The street where the apartment was located was very quiet yet within walking distance of many landmarks and restaurants. This apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed during our stay.

Nothing.

The location is good and it is clean.

Our apartment patio was not a real patio, it was inside. And the hot water runs out very quickly
