"Falta de intimidad y calor. Mucho calor"

La ubicación

El baño enano e incómodo. Pasamos un calor insufrible. No deberían existir este tipo de apartamentos sin aire acondicionado. (Existen aires que paga el cliente con tarjeta o monedas), Nada de intimidad, Qué pena esos espacios de Vegueta convertidos en zulos por dinero. La historia de una ciudad, al servicio de la especulación inmobiliaria.

La ubicación

La limpieza fue muy por encima, encontré una manzana mordida debajo del mueble de la tele y olía muchísimo a humedad y trataban de ocultar el mal olor con ambientador.

Zelo odziven in prijazen lastnik. Super lokacija, vse na dosegu nekaj minut hoje ali ob izposoji mestnega kolesa. V kopalnici odličen pritisk vode v tuš kabini in zelo dišeče tekoče milo. Na čistoči bi se dalo še kaj izboljšati.

Stanovanje in njegova oprema je že nekoliko obrabljena a vseeno služi svojemu namenu. Občasno je zaznati neprijetne vonjave po kanalizaciji, predvsem ko je slišna uporaba še drugih stanovanj. Potrebna je menjava jogija saj je trenutni že povsem poležan.

"Mooi op te foto’s, te duur in het echt"

Mooie locatie bij het historisch centrum.

Weinig daglicht, verstopping in keuken en badkamer, vlekken in handdoeken, oppervlakkig schoon (afzuigkap was erg vies om aan te raken), douche was koud, weinig kookgerei, kuil in matras, niet mogelijk om slaapkamer te verduisteren, erg gehorig.

"Las palmasi egy hetünk"

Tágas, jól felszerelt, óváros szivében, figyelmesek, tusfürdő, mosogató, wc papír bőven, ruhaszárító , mosógép, konyhai eszközök, minden van, ami egy hétre szükséges.

Nincs klíma, ez sokat ront az értékén, az erkélyajtót nem lehet bezárni, a reluxa felhúzhatatlan, wc ülőkét kicserélhetnék.

"Excellent appartment"

Great apartment in the nice part of Las Palmas, with historic centre on walking distance. Easy to reach by car, if you dare to drive the small roads. Dedicated parking spot is optional. Warm welcome by Spanish speaking person.

The only improvement I could think of is air-conditioning. With the windows and screens you can keep out part of the heat, but it is difficult to air out the room once the heat is inside. The underground parking is very small, so you need some help, good communication and a bit of good faith to drive out without damage. Tip: take a small car.

Cleanliness, facilities and furniture were conformable and has everything you'll need

Lacks air-conditioning but the fan provided works, just be careful if you go in a heatwave
