La ubicación

El baño es bastante pequeño, la cocina no estaba del todo limpia y el parking que ofrecen es bastante caótico

Apartment rained in on first night water covered floor , toaster was faulty , bedroom very inadequately lit could not see what you were doing at the end of the bed .Bathroom lighting inadequate for Shaving you stood in your own light. Moved to another apartment , Toaster did not work at all , on the first day going out of this apartment the LIFT Broke Down also Hot water going off in Shower

Wifi mal

The size of the apartment and that it had a lift. Within 5 mins walk of the cathedral. Eateries. The buildings are amazing.

The host and the young lady that cleans the apartments both went out of their way to help us. So polite. Thank you both.

La pulizia La disponibilità dello staff (problema con il WiFi segnalato e risolto in pochi minuti) Ottima posizione nella città vecchia a due passi dalla cattedrale e vicinissima a tante fermate autobus. Nonostante qualche problema buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Le due finestre danno su due "cortili" di un metro quadrato ,si vedono tre muri e nient'altro, ma per noi non è stato un problema. Stanza da letto senza finestre. Isolamento acustico molto scarso, si sentono i vicini e loro ovviamente sentono noi...

Flat like in the photos. Although not clear from the photos, there are windows with blinds in the living room and you can let natural light in. Both bedrooms are directly off the living room and have translucent doors (one with a bamboo blind), which wasn't a problem for us. The host was very helpful. Although very central - 5-minute walk to the cathedral - it is extremely quiet. 10-minute walk to Plaza de las Ranas and in the other direction to Plaza Santa Isabel and airport buses.

The locks. Possibly not a problem for younger people? You can open the door to the street with a 4-number code (easy), but you need to connect to an app (urghhh!) to open the flat door. Every time I went out I wasn't quite sure I'd manage to get back in! But I did. Might - does - take a few attempts. You have to slide a padlock on your phone (if it lets you) then wait quite a long time till the doorlock beeps. The you need to turn the doorknob TO THE LEFT. Just keep repeating that till it works. The lift in the building is very slow.

Byt se nachází v centru Las Palmas. Velmi jsem ocenila pračku a kávovar. Majitelé skvěle komunikovali, náš počáteční problém s WIFI připojením rychle vyřešili.

Měli jsme apartmán v přízemí, takže byl dost tmavý, ale na krátkodobý pobyt to nevadilo.

Cosy, clean, nice location in historical old town. Would choose it for the next trip!

Two dead cockroaches on the floor, probably poisoned so it’s not a big deal to see them dead :)))

L’emplacement était idéal, dans le vieux quartier de Las Palmas. Le personnel très aimable et attentif.
