Coynant Farm Guesthouse - Farm Park Stay

Coynant Farm is in a really beautiful location, tucked away from the busy pace of life, and I absolutely loved being there. My room was warm and comfortable with more than I needed, and all of the staff were super friendly, including the cleaners, who kept me topped up with orange juice, coffee and yoghurts! One of the farmhands very kindly walked me around the grounds for over an hour, and gave me the opportunity to feed some of the horses, llamas and goats, which was so delightful. I have very happy memories of my stay at Coynant Farm, and can't wait to visit again ... Thank you very much. 🙂

The staff were very helpful

The photographs of the property were misleading on Booking.com. The property is an old farmhouse, in a very rural location down a very rough track. The photographs led us to think we were self catering with a kitchen & a living room as there were photographs to that effect.We were not, we were in a guesthouse with the owner living downstairs & a permanent resident upstairs & there was a strong smell of cannabis.

I love the location and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast facilities were adequate and clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I look forward to staying again and doing some walking from the farm.

Make sure your car is safe to drive up steep, untarmaced roads. The drive will definitely get rid of any loose bolts so just be aware!

Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing. On our way to check in, our car broke down around 7 PM, about an hour away. Despite explaining our situation and requesting a late check-in around midnight, the property refused, stating no one would be available to hand over the keys. What made this worse is that we were still charged for the entire night, even though we were denied the ability to check in. This was an unfortunate and unavoidable situation, yet the property showed no flexibility, compassion, or willingness to help. We believe a more customer-focused approach would have been to either accommodate a late check-in or at least offer a partial refund. Instead, the lack of support and understanding left us with a very negative impression of the service provided

This Sheep / Cattle Ranch is in a beautiful location scenery-wise. It is ,however ,a challenge to drive there. Lots of very narrow roads. While "officially " no Breakfast was provided ,the owner left eggs ,butter ,bread ,cereal , milk , orange juice and marmalade , along with a hot plate . A nice surprise
