Bryn Sion Farm

Lovely place to stay! Stunning area, with a great BnB to stay in. The room was very comfortable with lots of amenities such as heaters, fans and a kettle. We had a view with bird feeders, the mountains and stream, and lots of animals to look at through our window. We also had an amazing breakfast every morning that kept us full all day.

As the house is very old, sound travels but nothing very loud

Kind, friendly and accommodating. If we'd had nore time we would not have been short of places to visit. Good local hostelries.

Lovely quiet location in a valley with beautiful mountain views. Delicious cooked breakfast and friendly hosts. Great base for mach loop and Snowdonia.

The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable, you can always ask them for help and they are very hands-on. The breakfast was delicious (especially the fried bread!). The room was lovely - very comfortable bed, good en-suite shower, TV. It's a picturesque location, very remote but tranquil.

This is nothing to do with the property or owners, just if anybody is thinking about booking definitely bring a car. My sister and I visited and do not drive. The owners were lovely and helped us out giving us lifts to the local village, but the bus services can be extremely unreliable and hard to navigate. Taxi services are also expensive and not always dependable in emergencies. Make sure if you do book and are going to rely on public transport you avoid school holidays as well as bank and public holidays, as virtually no transport is available then. Online public transport schedules and information is often very outdated and incorrect. The fflecsi bus system can be useful - but dinas mawddwy (the village where the BnB is) falls in between two zones and so you can't always get where you want to directly.

It is truely a farm setting which we were looking for. Even got to feed the lambs. It was clean and cosy. Robert & Lyn were very friendly & it was great to hear about life on a sheep farm in very rural Wales. We had a lovely 2 nights here. Our thanks to our hosts.

Everything was great from the hospitality to the peaceful location. The breakfast was generous and excellent quality. Our room and the breakfast room were so cosy and comfortable. I enjoyed listening to the birds and the river and speaking to Robert and Lyn. Really lovely stay! Good pub grub too at the Red Lion!

Wonderful place

The hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly and kind. It felt like we were guests in their home. The rooms were separate enough to have privacy. The cooked breakfast was really nice but there was also other options available to you. The room had everything you’d want.

No phone signal and WiFi connection was not the best. However I’m sure there is not much the hosts can do about that.
