Loved the location, the views are stunning, the room was comfy and typically farmhouse. Wish I had booked for longer. I've found my base for exploring southern Snowdonia. Fantastic. The hosts are a lovely couple and, as you would exspect, are very knowledge about the local area. Really loved my stay there.. see you again soon...

"Tucked away in the mountain's"

I liked being tucked away between the hills and mountains. Nice room which had the facilities I would expect, kettle and hot drinks. Nice cooked breakfast. Hosts are great people.

"Stunningly beautiful location & great walking country. Lovely people but pricey."

Stunning location & a traditional working family farm. Robert & Lynwen (the owners) made us feel very welcome & Robert makes a fabulous cooked breakfast that set us up for the day & kindly dried out our soaked walking boots.

Unrealistically priced at the high end of B&B scale plus being charged an additional £10 per day for our dog is excessive compared to other establishments…especially when it’s a non-carpeted room & not serviced/cleaned daily (plus when woken by their resident farm dogs a couple of times).

"good space to stay for a driving holiday"

Well located in a quiet area. Room is cosy and comfortable. Sufficient parking space, nice little garden The best part is the breakfast! Very delicious, good choices of berries and yogurt and wonderful cooked English breakfast! All in all good value for money and perfect stop for a driving holiday.

We had trouble transferring money to the owner as we do not have a UK bank account. But then we called the owner she accepted that we pay cash when we check in. So that all worked out ok.
