Munduk Clove

A great location in beautiful Munduk, tucked away from the main street, and situated on the side of a mountain with beautiful views of the valley, and the soothing sound of the river below. It's only a short (and easy) walk away from Red Coral waterfall. It's also in a great location, just a short car ride or walk away from the restaurants in Munduk. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, and do everything they can to ensure an enjoyable trip. This place has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and a great place to unwind from the busier tourist spots of Bali.

We spent a lovely three days in Munduk and stayed at Munduk Clove. With just four chalets to let, it affords well needed privacy in clean rooms, with beautiful views overlooking the mountains. Breakfast served was decent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even providing us help to find the trails to the waterfalls nearby, which are in easy access of the premises. They even offered to pick us up from the trailhead afterwards if we needed it. They also supplied us with a fire pit just outside our chalet, which was a nice and unique experience. The venue is also close to good food options, although not aplenty. There is a very good warung, Warung Kadi Rasa, just directly opposite, and another even better one about 10 minutes walk up the road, Warung Made’s Munduk. We highly recommend Munduk Clove for a nice getaway in the mountains.

The simplicity with everything you need including Wi-Fi. Inexpensive, no nonsense, clean and great location. Small establishment ready to help and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Walking/hiking distance to waterfalls. The young staff that runs the place arranged the hikes with the guide. Food is made to order and tasted very homemade. Inexpensive laundry service available. Would highly recommend this place for those on a budget looking for all basics and then some.

Munduk Clove is a lovely place for you to explore the area and it's beautiful waterfalls. The location is only 30-45min walk away from the 4 waterfalls in the area. The accomodation is clean, has a beautiful view and have friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that it had a cooler weather then most other accomodation in the area because it was located higher up in altitude and away from the crowd. If you like a little warmth the staff could even help you set up a small fire right in front of your room. I highly recommend Munduk Clove to anyone visiting Munduk.

Super clean with really nice location and the staff was super friendly! Best breakfast in Bali so far included in the price (totally vfm accommodation). For those who want to relax in nature and be next to trekking paths to all the waterfalls is perfect choice! They can help you with motor rental and transfer too! Thanks for everything Munduk clove team!!
