Francolin Lodge-Farmstay @ Darima

Pratik & Preeti are excellent hosts, Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by both.The owners are amiable and we felt we were staying at our own house. It's a great place to stay.It was the best experience of staying in any homestay so far. The location was very beautiful and close to nature..have a beautiful garden and many flowers. The home-cooked food was yummy. We loved the ambiance and the beautiful decoration of the homestay. The nature walk was a new experience for my daughter. Overall property was very well maintained.

Nothing to state but still a but as of the price is a little of a higher stake at present which isn't matching in parallel to other comparable stay .

Preeti & Pratik are the perfect hosts. It was our first time staying in a homestay and we couldn't have asked for anything more. From serving delicious home cooked meals to conversations, the stay had everything one could ask for. I would recommend this to everyone and anyone looking to get some peace & quiet along with the perfect company! Also, Gabru (the dog) is a gem!!

The warm feeling of home. The food was exceptional and farm produced. Very clean and location was just as I prefer, quiet. Yoga session was enlightening. The best thing about Francolin Farmstay was the host. They treat you like family. I am grateful to have booked this stay. Thank you 🙏

It is safe to say that it is our second home from here on. We had planned to stay at francolin lodge for just 2 days but we ended up extending it for another whole week. It was hard for us to say goodbye to this place but here is our experience at this place. If one is looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway or a workation this is a perfect place. Starting from the morning sun hitting the room windows and a beautiful farm at the property and mountain view in front, the location will leave you in awe of nature. The hosts Preeti Didi and Pratik bhaiya are super sweet and cool. They make you feel right at home. We got to know so much about organic farming and produce at the property from Preeti didi and they use the same produce for meals. The food is delicious to say the least. You'll love all the cuisines that they make but be prepared to walk later to digest that super yummy food because you'll definitely eat more. To top it off, Preeti didi is a certified yoga instructor so an hour of yoga with her in the morning sunlight with the mountain view will leave your body and soul relaxed, engergized and focused for the day ahead. The network is decent enough here to work from the mountains. The nights were chilly but nothing a game of Uno besides the bonfire can't fix! All in all would highly recommend this place if you're looking for some quiet time away in the mountains while working and enjoying the sereness of the mountain life. We can't wait to go back and enjoy all of it all over again!
