la struttura si presenta bene. Attenzione alle soprese, indipendenti dalla vostra volontà.

per un disguido nella prenotazione di booking, ho pagato due camere. Ho richiesto lo storno alla struttura e mi è stato negato, proponendomi in cambio delle bottiglie di vino. Questo atteggiamento assolutamente scorretto, mi pone nelle condizioni di SCONSIGLIARE VIVAMENTE LA LOCATION, avere a che fare con questa gente, vanifica al 100% la bellezza di palazzo Tronconi. Una precisazione: in tutta la struttura io e mia moglie eravamo gli unici ospiti nella notte del nostro soggiorno, quindi nessuna scusa plausibile giustifica lo "scippo" di 88 euro. Pazienza, ho detto alla persona che mi ha chiamato, che andassero a prendere un buon caffè alla mia salute, sia lei che il proprietario (a cui attribuisco senza timore di smentita) questa scorretta politica aziendale. Ovviamente SCONSIGLIO a chiunque di alloggiare presso questo B&B e come promesso, alla mia interlocutrice......avvierò una seria campagna di DEMARKETING nei confronti di Palazzo Tronconi. Vado spesso ad Arce per lavoro, quindi cari "signori" vi siete persi un cliente quasi fisso e ovviamente con me, tutte le persone che chiedono consigli su dove andare a pernottare e/o passare qualche giorno di vacanza. We were absolutely enchanted by the location high on the hill overlooking the valley of a rural area of livestock, farming, vineyards surrounded by massive mountains. Another amazing experience was being in the ancient village that you could walk through as if you're on a movie set in the most magical place you can imagine in Italy. We enjoyed the spacious room with high ceilings and beautifully furnished accommodations. The common area allowed 24/7 espresso making and dining with your own takeout thanks to the nearby (not walkable) restaurants and food stores. It truly is a palace that has amazing renovations with so much detail and no expense spared.

The breakfast part of the BnB was limited to pastries, yogurt, juices and coffee. For such a classy place as this a more substantial offering would be appropriate. This is our only reason for the 9/10,

Need to be more aware that guests will need to drive to the sister restaurant…. However not too far and food was so tasty fresh produce from the ARCE area

We absolutely loved the staff & the palace. It was phenomenal. When we arrived we felt like family immediately! Mariarosa greeted us and took care of us very well. We ate at their winery and both Umberto & Serena were amazing.

There was no coffee available in the morning for us. I would think that should always be made available for guests.

Amazing hostess who went out of her way to provide above and beyond service. Spacious room.

Water from the shower went all over the floor. Spacity of toiletries. Breakfast could have been included in price.

My son and I visited Palazzo Tronconi to experience the area where my grandparents lived. Our host Mariarosa went the extra mile to help us with transportation and set us up with a local historian and guide who helped us connect with our family history.
