Clean, wonderful reception and excellent dinner in the osteria down in vineyard

The keys to get in door loud and hallway could use rug to absorb sound

Everything!!! Stunning building, view to die for, brilliant facilities, breakfast was amazing, excellent and extremely helpful staff. In addition an evening trip to their vineyard with wine tasting and dinner was a fabulous experience - stunning place!!!

As we struggle with our backs, it was a little too far for us to walk to a restaurant. But an extremely comfy bed more than made up for this!

The palazzo is beautifully restored and adapted in a modern way. The furnishings, fixtures and fittings are of high quality and provide a calm and comfortable ambiance. The bed and pillows are exceptionally comfortable. Special thanks to my hostess, for whom nothing was too much trouble, and who was very happy to chat and help with any enquiries and requests. Continental breakfast cakes and pastries were excellent.

Perhaps a room-safe could be added?

The staff (Kena) was a lovely addition to a wonderful stay. She is a treasure.

Some minor such a bathroom door sticking etc.

The whole building was amazing. The old and the new, the surroundings, the view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was May we stayed and it was a little cold at night and we could not find how to use the heater.
