Big Cockroaches, small water heater which was taking too much time to get hot water. Algae in the swimming pool.
ININResponsiveness from staff, cleanliness, Taste & quality of home made type healthy food. Pool was warm & clean just as we wanted.
Certain room facilities could be improved, like availability of water bottles, etc. Though staff despite being limited in number did their best to cover it up.
