The drive to the location, and the stargazing was phenomenal.

We knew this was going to be rustic, and in general it ticks all the right boxes, but... You need to invest in new bedding, new pillows etc. You need to invest in new mattresses, and address the levelling of the beds. We walked to the pond, and found some litter and derelict camping equipment on the way there.

The friendliness and hospitality of the team at Forest Harmony was exceptional. The accommodation and location is really unique and special.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee provided but it was self-catering accommodation so it is not always expected.

The location is wild and super pretty, nestled up in the forest behind knysna. Beautiful property and view.

The place is tired. It seems like zero maintenance gets done. It can be so much more if a little work gets put in. If it was R500 a night no hassles- but not worth what they're charging.
