Do not stay here!

I had multiple issues with this property and despite being in touch with booking.com, leaving a complaint, speaking to the staff, the manager is refusing to engage with myself, he wouldn’t answer his staff when they were trying to contact him and is now not engaging with booking.com. The staff who work there, seem to be trying their best but the manager is clearly the issue here. The location is the only semi decent thing, but still rated it low because of how things have played out. I actually left the property halfway through my stay, I was supposed to stay for 8 nights, I left after 4!! I stayed to see to see if they actaully would do what they say they do (giving them a chance to redeem themselves) and then I honestly just could not stay there anymore, and I’m not one to complain, I will just get on with it majority of the time but this was beyond me. It states as well fresh fruit for breakfast, I did not have this option and as a vegetarian and lactose free the breakfast options were limited. It is so unbelievably dark in the room, one of my lights didn’t work and I asked for it to be fixed and it was not. The shower was a dribble coming out of the wall. I could not wash my hair or even wash myself properly and on one day I had no water at all, this was eventually fixed but took a while, still just dribbled, did not fix the pressure. There is NO hot water. It states towels are changed every day when left on the floor, my towels were not changed once, they were als very poor quality towels. It also states they change bedding every 3 days again not the case. They also do not sweep your floor or even do any basic hygiene or maintenance throughout your stay. You have to ask for it, I should not be having to ask for my bin to be emptied especially when toliet roll cannot be flushed away and has to be binned. Nor should I be asking for toliet roll to be replenished. There is no bottled or water provided to brush your teeth either.

Nos encantó este alojamiento, bien ubicado, habitaciones cómodas y amplias, el desayuno riquísimo. Muy fácil comunicarse con el dueño y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. El mejor alojamiento que estuvimos en todo Indonesia. Relación precio calidad, excelente. Gracias.

Very cheap for very good location. Incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Solid breakfast, especially for the price. Nice clean room. Lots of space again, especially for the price. Good AC.

A little more shower pressure would be desired.
