You need to pay extra for AC. No TV. There was a power outage as well and no back up. No non veg food. And veg food also was costly. No service at all. You need to go looking for them if u need anything. They keep the food on the table and leave and won't even come back to check on you if u need anything or not. one room was very spacious and nice. The other room was tiny and the bathroom was also very tiny. But the charge for both rooms was the same. The way to this place is very confusing and you might feel a bit worried about safety. Especially at night. And there is no security or anyone awake at night from the staff, which makes it more scary. There is a sugar factory nearby and the smell is unbearable

Property is beautiful. We couldn't stay long to enjoy all of it but definitely come back. Prakash was very helpful and ensures we were comfortable. He even gave us bananas for our drive ahead from his farm in the morning as we couldn't stay for the breakfast .

I liked the plantation part but other than that it was just a normal stay. The owner couple are sweet.

Bunch of things. Firstly the property is quite remote (i.e 15kms ) from city centre. Secondly it was smelling awful once you step out of your room all day long because of the sugarcane factory present just besides the stay. And I think the owner should really do something abt that. Atleast let the guest know abt it prior. Lastly rooms are not connected. If you have walk all the way to other side if you are more than 2 people visiting.

We stayed overnight here, on our way from Mumbai to Sirsi, Karnataka with our pet. We were glad to have discovered this hidden gem. The room was clean, had everything that we needed. The hosts were extremely kind, they offered home cooked meal for dinner which was amazing and since we left at 5:30 am the next morning, they were gracious enough to wake up early and even offered to have breakfast ready. Thank you for making us feel so special, we can’t wait to visit again.

Completely felt at ease. Wonderful hosts, excellent food and a very comfortable stay. Just loved it. Our pet really enjoyed his leash free stay.

We feel incredibly happy because the Athane couple has extended a warm welcome to our furbaby, Pruno, as they also have a 9-year-old pet Fluto.The farm is a peaceful and clean environment that allows us to roam around without our furbaby being leashed.The food made by Pritiji is both delicious and homey, and the rooms are well-kept.
